The Project Manager/Leader – Senior will provide strategic leadership and project management expertise in support of the Community Administration Solutions Sunsetting (CASS) initiative within the Health Services Cluster. The resource will work onsite 5 days per week and oversee enterprise-scale transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise initiatives aligned with CASS objectives.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
  • Manage risks, issues, actions, and decisions, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
  • Provide strategic and operational advice regarding business, resourcing, and financial impacts.
  • Oversee ERP and HR-related transformation initiatives and manage integration between legacy and new systems.
  • Prepare status reports, business cases, transition strategies, financial plans, and executive briefings.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, ministry partners, vendors, and broader public sector organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with OPS IT standards, healthcare privacy legislation, and security requirements including PHIPA considerations.
Must Have Skills
  • Extensive experience managing complex projects with successful delivery within approved scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Experience providing senior-level strategic and operational advice related to infrastructure and application enhancements.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience working collaboratively with internal and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK and tools such as MS Project.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale ERP and healthcare system initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, governance, risk management, and communication skills.
