The Product Manager – Senior will lead agile product delivery for digital credential solutions within the Government Services Integration Cluster. The resource will work onsite 5 days per week and drive iterative design, technical alignment, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap execution for secure, standards-based digital credential ecosystems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead agile product delivery including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, stand-ups, retrospectives, and iteration reviews.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with service needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Apply user-centred design principles using research, analytics, and accessibility insights to guide decisions.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, UX, DevOps, policy, and security specialists.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, and trade-offs across mobile wallet, backend, and ecosystem components.
  • Define and track product KPIs such as adoption rates, credential issuance, and trust metrics.
  • Communicate complex technical and product concepts to executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Provide subject-matter leadership on verifiable credentials, decentralized identifiers (DIDs), and digital trust frameworks.
  • Support interoperability planning aligned with standards such as W3C VC, PCTF, NIST, and eIDAS.
Must Have Skills
  • Extensive experience leading agile product delivery for digital platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid technical foundation with hands-on development or architecture experience.
  • Experience with modern development stacks such as Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Node, Go, or Python.
  • Strong knowledge of API design, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
  • Experience with digital credentials ecosystems including W3C Verifiable Credentials and DIDs.
  • Understanding of digital identity frameworks such as PCTF, NIST, and eIDAS.
