Lead development and support of CRM Dynamics 365 solutions, delivering scalable and high-quality applications in a government environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain CRM Dynamics 365 applications and customizations
  • Translate technical specifications into functional, tested solutions
  • Lead development activities and mentor junior developers
  • Develop workflows, plugins, and Power Automate solutions
  • Build and integrate CRM solutions using .NET, Azure services, and APIs
  • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and CRM reporting tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide post-implementation support
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM development
  • Strong experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, .NET, and Azure technologies
  • Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Pages
  • Knowledge of CRM SDK, Web API, OData, and integration techniques
  • Experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
