The Business Analyst – Senior will provide comprehensive I&IT business analysis services within the Children, Youth & Social Services Cluster. The resource will work onsite 5 days per week and support enterprise initiatives requiring strong Cúram expertise and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and conduct business analysis to assess client business problems and document detailed requirements.
  • Engage stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, and analyze business needs.
  • Facilitate JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, and design reviews.
  • Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies for I&IT initiatives.
  • Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, and process/data flow modeling.
  • Support development, integration, and QA testing activities.
  • Develop performance measures and traceability matrices for evaluation and follow-up.
  • Promote business analysis best practices aligned with OPS methodologies and enterprise standards.
Must Have Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of Cúram business analysis experience.
  • Experience creating mockups using tools such as Balsamiq.
  • Proven experience facilitating JAD sessions and conducting design reviews.
  • Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder consultation experience.
  • Experience providing development, integration, and testing support.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
