The Solutions Designer – Senior will support the Children, Youth & Social Services Cluster by designing and implementing complex hosting and application solutions aligned with enterprise standards and client business requirements. The resource will work onsite 5 days per week and provide technical leadership across large-scale Cúram-based initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design hosting and application technology solutions aligned with service specifications, standards, and cost models.
  • Provide technical design support and solutioning expertise for Cúram-based systems.
  • Gather client business and technical requirements to develop scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Assess system performance and capacity, recommending improvements and enhancements.
  • Develop technical documentation including specifications for installation, testing, and integration.
  • Support planning, migration, implementation, and sustainment of large, complex systems.
  • Collaborate with project leads, architects, and technical teams to deliver high-availability, mission-critical applications.
  • Support CI/CD processes and infrastructure requirements for development teams.
Must Have Skills
  • Minimum 8 years of Cúram technical knowledge and development experience.
  • Strong experience in Cúram development and technical design support.
  • Experience providing technical solutioning support to project and technical leads.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices.
  • Technical experience supporting infrastructure environments including WebSphere, Oracle, Solaris, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
