Rate: $63/hour

Provide first-line technical support and operational assistance within a healthcare environment, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to clients via ticketing systems such as Footprints
  • Triage, prioritize, and manage service requests, incidents, and problem tickets
  • Act as liaison between users and technical teams including DBAs, system and network administrators
  • Assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues and identifying root causes
  • Support distribution of client communications with business stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to service management processes and recommend improvements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Tier 1 technical support experience
  • Experience with service management processes and remote client support
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Great Plains 2016, Quadrant Workforce, BSSI Health Financials, Citrix, and Active Directory
  • Understanding of healthcare systems and personal health information regulations
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
