Rate: $96/hour

Provide senior-level business analysis services supporting digital transformation initiatives within the justice sector.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
  • Facilitate JAD sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops
  • Translate business needs into system specifications and solution designs
  • Develop artifacts including business cases, process models, data mappings, and traceability matrices
  • Support system design, testing, and user acceptance testing activities
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive briefings
Requirements
  • 8+ years of business analysis experience in large IT environments
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and iterative methodologies
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with DevOps, SQL, and process modeling tools
  • Knowledge of OPS standards and public sector environments
  • Experience in justice or court systems is an asset
